Loading ...Well… I got the lantus I needed. Target Pharmacy wasn’t allowed to open a box to sell me 1 pen. The dr. wouldn’t perscribe me a full box because she wanted me to come back in in 1 month. I fully understand that.
The pharmacy techs at Target suggested to the dr instead of pen form to go with vial. That I did not wanna do because to me the idea of jabbing myself with a pen is scary enough I didn’t want to mess with syringes and vials etc.
Got together with my Mom, who is a psych nurse. after work and she told me to follow her. We went into the clinic she was at that day and walked up to the pharmacy. They managed to transfer/fill my perscription and also get me the needles I need. They had a rule that if the amount needed was less than what is dispensable then they give the minimum dispensable. Soo… I got a full box of lantus (90 day supply for my dosage) for the price of a 30 day.
