Loading ...Parkview Hospital will offer a free diabetes education class 6-8 p.m. for four Thursdays starting Sept. 8. It will meet in the Boscia Room on the second floor of Parkview Hospital.
The free class is designed for people who have type 2 diabetes. Connie Kerrigan, manager of community nursing and women’s services at Parkview Health, said the goal is for participants to get a better understanding of how to manage the disease and how to keep track of blood sugar.
