Mobile Eye Screening Program Launches
NANAIMO &#8211; A mobile screening program that can detect eye diseases linked to diabetes was launched in Nanaimo today. The mobile units and trained nurses and technicians will visit 51 rural and remote first nations communities on Vancouver Island.
